This block of the month features 5 different BOHO flower blocks! The fifth block puts them all together! The blocks can be finished and used individually as table toppers, wall hangings or add in block 5 and the quilt will finish at about 70" x 70" without optional borders. Borders are optional and not included in the kit.
Here's how it works:
Blocks 1-4 kits are $60.00 each. Blocks 1-4 are 25 1/2" x 41 1/2". Yes, they are big blocks! Block 1 will be introduced in January 2021 and ship January 15th, block 2 in February, block 3 March and block 4 April. Block 5 kits will be available in May. Block 5 is about 15 1/4" x 15 1/4". Block 5 kits are $20.00 and includes background for the block, dots, sashing and binding for the large quilt. Block 5 is made using the included background fabric and leftover fabrics from blocks 1-4. All blocks are fused, including backgrounds. Blocks 1-4 may contain up to 60 different fabrics. All kit fabrics are as shown in my samples.
All patterns and all kits are sold separately. Single block patterns will sell for $25.00 each. The pattern will have instruction on free-motion sewing around each fused piece so this can be a usable quilt if desired. Since this quilt is square, about 70 x 70. I plan on using it as a bed quilt on a king sized bed, putting it on the diagonal on the bed and using a colorful coverlet underneath.
If you did not sign up for the entire block of the month prior to Feb 1, 2021 and reserve your kits you will be not be guaranteed all blocks. Single block kits will be on a first come first served basis. Patterns will always be available.
